Financial Advisory Partners is an independent financial planning firm, committed to safeguarding the
confidential information of its clients. We hold all personal information provided to our firm in the
strictest confidence. These records include all personal information that we collect from you in
connection with any of the services we provide.
The categories of nonpublic personal information that we collect from a client depend upon the scope of
the client engagement. It will usually include information about you such as your name, contact
addresses and family status. It may also include information about your personal finances, for example:
assets and income, information about your health, your social security number and investment
experience.
This information may be disclosed to unaffiliated parties, such as Commonwealth Financial Network®,
LLC, or an Insurance company as allowed by law, in order to execute securities or insurance
transactions on your behalf. Federal and state regulators may also review firm records as permitted by
law. As CFP® certificants, we may be asked to disclose client data to Certified Financial Planner Board
of Standards Inc. as part of complying with CFP Board's Code of Ethics and Professional Responsibility
and Disciplinary Rules and Procedures. If you prefer that we do not disclose nonpublic personal
information about you to CFP Board, you may opt out of this disclosure by notifying Financial Advisory
Partners of your preference. If you so request, nonpublic personal information could also be used in a
discussion with one or more of your other advisors, for example your CPA, Attorney or Mortgage
banker.
We restrict access to confidential personal information about you to those employees who have a
business or professional reason for knowing. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural
safeguards to guard your confidential personal information.
We have never disclosed information to nonaffiliated third parties, except as permitted by law and
described above. Nor do we anticipate doing so in the future. If we were to anticipate such a change,
we would be prohibited under the law from doing so without advising you first. Personally identifiable
information about you will be maintained during the time you are a client, and for the required time
thereafter.

SMS For Consent Communication
The information obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third
parties for marketing purposes. We do not share phone numbers with third parties for the
purpose of allowing those third parties to send SMS.
Types of SMS Communications
If you have consented to receive text messages from Financial Advisory Partners, you may
receive text messages related to inquiries and messages regarding upcoming
appointments.
Message Frequency: We do not regularly communicate via SMS, but will respond to
messages received.
Potential Fees for SMS Messaging: Many carriers charge a fee for each message sent or
received. This can vary depending on the carrier's pricing structure and whether the
message is sent domestically or internationally.
Opt-In Method: Individuals Opt-In for SMS messaging from Financial Advisory Partners
verbally, or by contacting us via SMS.
Opt-out Method: Individuals will be able to opt out of SMS messaging from Financial
Advisory Partners by replying STOP at any time to any received SMS message, once opted out
they will receive no further SMS communication. They can Opt back In at any time by
